Last year in October of 2020, Rock Bottom © had its official launch of a wide variety of crystals of chains and hemp wrap chokers. A year later, we have expanded on this beautiful necklaces, but now offer raw crystals and stones, tumbles, spheres, towers, clusters, and more. I have always had a subtle passion for gemology and archaeology throughout my whole life, peaking around 2019. I started collecting my own tangibles specimens and conducting research on rock formations, common mineralization in matrix, and general areas in locale to specific rock findings. Our goal is to help others stay educated in this field easily and efficiently. Knowledge can be so vast that a lot of times its difficult to get started or stay on track on your own. We want to not only encourage our customers to add new pieces to their collection and daily use, but also guide the understanding of differing geology sectors. If you have any questions regarding those products, feel free to send us a direct message for a quick response. Where do your crystals come from? A. Our crystals come from all over the earth. We purchase our crystals from larger vendors who sell in bulk to us. We have built good relationships with a lot of these kind people. A lot of vendors are people just like you and I, who simply want to share the love of minerals they have with others. One supplier we have is in Kentucky and another is in India just to show the geographical span that we encompass. We hand pick each stone that is sold in our shop, maximizing not great but amazing quality. Each stone is also weighed upon addition to the shop. How are your products so affordable? All of our stones are bought in large quantity. When any product is bought, the more you buy at once, the cheaper it'll be. I can make the crystals as cheap as I want because I get them in bulk at such a good price. I just want to share these beautiful pieces with others and make them as easily accessible and affordable for all. What are the mystery care package box options? We have a few different mystery care package options. We do crystal packages and also generalized item packages. For crystal packages, you can choose a 25, 50, 75, or 100 dollar box. If you have a preference on smaller or larger pieces or crystal shapes, you can also specify this when placing your order. All orders for these care packages must be placed either through Instagram or over the phone as these orders are more personalized. Is there a limit or a maximum to how much we can order at once? A. There is no limit nor maximum as to how much stuff you can order at once. Your order could be .20 cents or thousands of dollars. Every order is created with the same care and handling regardless of size. Where is the best place to contact you to receive the fastest response? A. The fastest place to reach somebody at the shop is through @rhodyrockbottom on Instagram through direct message. Any questions you have regarding a current or future order, individual item inquiry, consultation scheduling, or anything else that is not listed, you are more than encouraged to ask. Someone on the team will answer almost immediately. We are still working on putting together a shop house phone. For now, the number listed still works, although we may not answer as quickly.
